[Tay Ninh] Linh Trung Export Processing Zone

Linh Trung 3 Export Processing Zone is planned in An Tinh commune, Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh province – adjacent to Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City, next to Xuyen A road.

Convenient for transporting goods to airports, international ports, border gates, serving trade and export of export processing zones.

 

Linh Trung III Export Processing and Industrial Park is equipped with an infrastructure system that meets international standards including:

Power supply:

• Electricity supply meets Vietnamese standards TCVN1985-1994.

Water supply:

• The water supplied meets Vietnamese standards TC 505/BYT. The water plant is capable of supplying 15,000m3/day.

Communication systems:

• There are about 1,500 IDD telephone lines provided to factories in the area.

Wastewater treatment:

• Wastewater is preliminarily treated at a factory meeting Industrial Park standards before being discharged from factories and will be centrally treated at the park’s wastewater treatment plant meeting TCVN40:2011/BTNMT standards when discharged. to the drainage system outside the area. The wastewater treatment plant is capable of treating 10,000m3/day.

Internal roads:

• The internal road system is paved with hot asphalt concrete and designed according to VN standards H18-H30.

Current status of land use planning in Linh Trung III EPZ

Linh Trung III Export Processing Zone began infrastructure construction in May 2003. Currently, work to compensate for clearance has been completed, completing more than 90% of the total amount of infrastructure construction, with More than 125 hectares of land are ready for lease.
