Electric supplying system

Production electricity is stably supplied from four internal stations, the system is invested, operated and maintained by Saigon VRG – ensuring electricity quality to customers’ factories. Total capacity: 500 MVA

Water supply system

• Clean water is supplied from the internal water plant, capacity of 120,000 m3/day-night – meeting Vietnam water quality standards (QCVN 01:2009/BYT). Raw water supplied from the East canal is 220,000 m3/day-night. Water source from Dau Tieng Lake (1.58 billion m3).

Waste water treatment system

• Production wastewater is collected and treated centrally at the internal station with a capacity of 160,000 m3/day-night, meeting Class A standards according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT before being discharged into Ba Tuoi and Cau streams. Casting.

Traffic system

• Spacious road system, meeting the needs of businesses: Main road: 6 lanes with 60m road width; Internal roads: 2-4 lanes with width of 18-29m. Saigon VRG supports opening more roads when necessary.

Geological

• The industrial park has good geology with flat terrain and hard soil, thus saving construction costs when piling is not required. Elevation at 12-17m above sea level helps good drainage and limits flooding.
