Import Tax:

Corporate income tax:

  • The corporate income tax rate is 25%.

Other offers:

  • Advertising cost incentives: Within 03 years from the time the investment project comes into operation, receive 50% support for product advertising costs (through Radio, Television and Vinh Long Newspapers) at a rate of 50%. Maximum support is no more than 02 million VND/time and maximum 06 times/year.

Funding for investment and trade promotion:

People who have contributed to calling for investment and mobilizing and promoting necessary work so that projects of investors from outside the province and abroad are granted investment certificates, when the project is under construction and deployed. Upon basic completion and entering into production and business activities, the Provincial People’s Committee will receive a reward equal to 0.2% of the total construction capital and equipment of the project to be settled (Through the Trade and Investment Promotion Center). The monetary reward level is specified as follows:

  • For projects with domestic investment capital (investors outside the province): Maximum bonus level is not more than 60 million VND/project.
  • For projects with foreign investment (Only counting 3 forms of investment such as: Business cooperation contract, 100% foreign capital and joint venture): The maximum bonus is not more than 15,000 USD/project.
