Rach Bap Industrial Park project is located in the center of Ben Cat town, Binh Duong, Rach Bap – An Dien Industrial Park is located in an area with abundant raw material resources of the Southeast region and is only far from the City. The internal road system is paved with hot asphalt concrete and designed according to Vietnamese standards H18-H30;

The power system comes from the national power grid through the existing 22 KV medium voltage line running along the Industrial Park, connecting 3-phase power to each factory.

Import and Export Tax:

VAT tax:

According to the current VAT Law, Decree 123/2008/ND-CP dated December 8, 2008, Circular 129/2008/TT-BTC dated December 26, 2008 stipulate:

• Goods that are exempt from import tax as stated in Section 2 are not subject to VAT.
• The tax rate is 0% for goods exported abroad, construction and installation activities of export processing enterprises, except in cases where the exported products are unprocessed exploited mineral resources.
• Tax rates of 5% and 10% apply to each specific industry in Circular 129/2008/TT-BTC dated December 26, 2008 of the Ministry of Finance.
