  • Power supply: The industrial park is supplied with power from Tuy Ha 110/22KV Transformer Station, capacity of 182MVA managed and operated by IDICO Housing and Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-UDICO). Tuy Ha 110kV transformer station is connected and supplies 110kV power from the National Power System through Long Binh 220/110kV transformer station with a stable power source, ensuring quality. – Voltage supply to factories : 22kV

INVESTMENT PROCEDURES IN NHON TRACH 1 INDUSTRIAL PARK

1.Investors learn about industrial park information and land sublease conditions with IDICO.

2. Agree on conditions to sign a Memorandum of Land Sublease with IDICO:

  • Remember, land sublease is valid for 4 months;
  • Pay a deposit to keep the land equivalent to 10,000 USD/ha. The deposit will be deducted from payments under the official Land Sublease Contract;
  • During the 4-month period of the Land Sublease Memorandum, the investor will carry out procedures to be granted an Investment Certificate; Establish a Project business to be able to sign a Contract with IDICO.

3.Procedures to be carried out:

3.1. Carry out procedures for investment policy approval with the Investment Registration Authority (Time 15-30 days).

3.2. After receiving approval for the investment policy, the Investor continues to carry out the procedure for granting the Investment Registration Certificate (Duration is about 15 days);

3.3. At the same time, carry out procedures for preparing and applying for approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report at the EIA Appraisal and Approval Agency (Time about 60-90 days).

3.4. After obtaining the Investment Registration Certificate, the Investor carries out procedures to establish a Project Enterprise (Time within ~3 days)

3.5. Within 30 days from the date of issuance of the Investment Certificate, the Investor signs a Land Sublease Contract with IDICO.

3.6. Carry out procedures for granting a Construction Permit:

  • After the Investor signs the Land Sublease Contract; At the same time, the Project’s Environmental Impact Assessment Report was approved; The design is approved for fire protection, the investor carries out the procedures for applying for a construction permit.
  •  After being granted the Construction License, the Investor will proceed with project construction.
