Chau Duc Industrial Park is located in two communes: Nghia Thanh and Suoi Nghe, Chau Duc district, invested by Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company, built in 2007 with a scale of 2,287 hectares, up to now the Industrial Park Chau Duc has been completing its technical infrastructure.   • Limited industries that attract and do not attract investment in Ba Ria Vung Tau province according to Directive 43-CT/TU dated August 6, 2014 of the Provincial Party Committee.

Investment incentive policies

  • Preferential corporate income tax of 17% for a period of ten years (10 years) (according to Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP of the Government).
  • Exemption from corporate income tax for 2 years and 50% reduction of tax payable for the next 4 years (Clause 4, Article 19 of Circular No. 78/2014/TT-BTC dated June 18, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance).
