Evaluation of Dau Giay Industrial Park project

• The province’s transportation system is invested in modernity such as road routes of Southeast Asian countries, highways connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Bien Hoa – Vung Tau railway system connecting the road network. Singapore – Kunming railway (China) has 50 km running through Dong Nai. This is also an important focal point for economic and social development, the development of the region’s industrial and commercial center and the convergence of important national transportation routes.
• Located in the sub-equatorial tropical monsoon region, less affected by natural disasters, there are two distinctly contrasting seasons: the dry season and the rainy season. The average cool air temperature is 25.4oC, the rainfall is relatively large > 1,800mm/year, which is an abundant source of water.
• Sharing the same infrastructure as the Southeast region, the ground is hard, has high compressive strength, and the bearing capacity of the ground is 1.7 kg/cm2. Minimize foundation construction costs for investors.
