Ho Nai Industrial Park is the largest industrial park project in Dong Nai province, located in the east of Bien Hoa city. Belongs to two administrative units: Bien Hoa city and Trang Bom province.

Location of Ho Nai Industrial Park

Ho Nai Industrial Park is located east of Bien Hoa City, in two administrative units of Dong Nai Province: Bien Hoa City and Trang Bom District.

Adjacent to Ho Nai Industrial Park includes:

• In the North, the existing North-South railway line, in the long-term planning, will be the Trang Bom (Dong Nai) – Hoa Hung (Saigon) high-speed railway line and an asphalt road of about 01 km connecting to National Highway 1A to the city.
• The south side is adjacent to the residential area (current status) and about 1.5 km from National Highway 1A
• The East side is adjacent to the existing residential area with an asphalt road connecting National Highway 1A and extending to connect National Highway 51 which is planned to be the ring road of Bien Hoa City in the future.
• The West side borders the National Defense land.

Infrastructure of Ho Nai Industrial Park

Transportation System

• The main road system has a road width of 40m to 45m with 02 lanes, a road surface of 12m to 15m wide connecting the industrial park with National Highway 1A and the bypass route of Bien Hoa City; Hot asphalt concrete and cement concrete pavement structures.

Electricity distribution system

• Using the national power source through a 220/22KV station with a capacity of 40MVA invested by Dong Nai Electricity Company Limited and in the future will invest in upgrading to 80MVA.

Water supply system

• Using water source from Long Binh water plant (Bien Hoa city) of Dong Nai Water Supply Construction Company Limited with current capacity of 200,000m3/day and night.

Wastewater treatment

• Centralized wastewater treatment station phase I (in operation) with capacity of 4,000 m3/day and night, treatment reaches the limit value in column A of Regulation QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
• Centralized wastewater treatment station phase II (under project) capacity of 4,000m3/day and night, treatment reaches the limit value in column A of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.
• Before being discharged into the industrial park’s collection system, wastewater from factories must be treated to reach the limit value in column B of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.

Process rubbish

• The company contracts with a unit that has the function of collecting and treating waste

System of fire

• Fire hydrants are installed according to regulations on approved fire prevention routes in Ho Nai Industrial Park.

Drainage system

• The rainwater drainage system is collected through pipes along the roads and flows to natural streams in the industrial park (capable of draining very quickly).

Communications

• The system integrates into the communication network of Dong Nai Provincial Post Office through Ho Nai Industrial Park Post Office. Switchboard capacity of Ho Nai Industrial Park is 3,600 numbers, construction and installation of a 1.5 km underground cable line with a total capacity of 3,600 pairs from Ho Nai Industrial Park post office.

Phase 1: Area scale is 225.71 hectares – currently 120 hectares have been leased, reaching 80% of the leased land area.

Phase 2: Area 270.94ha – currently in the stage of site clearance compensation, but already rented by an investor for 30 hours:

• Industrial construction land: 149.56 hectares
• Land for warehouse construction: 28.42 hectares
• Operating and service area: 5.67 hectares

• Green land and water surface: 45.49 hectares
• Traffic land 39.43 hectares
