Overview of Minh Hung 3 Industrial Park project
Minh Hung 3 Industrial Park was established in 2008, invested by Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, with founding shareholders being member companies under the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group.
The industrial park was built with the criteria of becoming a standard industrial park project of Binh Phuoc province, environmentally friendly. To date, Minh Hung III industrial park has completed its infrastructure, attracting more than 20 domestic and foreign projects with an occupancy rate of more than 90%. Currently, the industrial park is expanding its phase 2 industrial park with an expanded area of about 577 hectares.

- East: adjacent to Highway 13.

The project is located in the southern key economic region with a smooth transportation system:
- National Highway 13 goes to Ho Chi Minh City and to Cambodia.

Import and export tax
- Exemption from import and export tax for:
Goods are machinery, equipment, and specialized vehicles to create fixed assets
Raw materials and supplies to produce exported goods
Construction materials cannot be produced domestically
- Export tax exemption for goods produced for export
Value Added Tax (VAT)
- VAT applies to goods & services consumed in Vietnam & is collected through production, trade & distribution of services
- The applicable tax rate is 0%; 5% & 10%
- A tax rate of 0% applies to the export of certain goods & services, including goods & services provided to export processing zones.
